Drawing on our experience representing emerging growth companies from startup through maturity, we have a practice area focused specifically on advising these companies and entrepreneurs. Along with experienced corporate representation, we also assist these clients in a broad range of financial, business and investment issues. We review business plans, advise clients on a wide variety of contracts, introduce clients to potential funding and crowd-funding sources, negotiate and assist in structuring advisory boards, develop equity incentive plans and, among other things, work with outside lenders to restructure debt and other payment obligations.
